  • What happens if I need to change or cancel my booking?
    That's ok, we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan. You can simply adjust your booking plans anytime via the booking portal. Bookings can be modified up until 24 hours prior to your booking date. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
  • How do I use the lighting equipment and backdrops?
    The Jinbei Spark 400 studio lighting kit is very simple to setup and use. Check out our Lighting & Backdrops page to find tutorial videos and operating manuals so you can learn how to use the equipment well before your shoot begins. As for the backdrop system, there's really nothing too diffcult with this. But, still check out our Lighting & Backdrops page for details on how to use the wireless remote. Here's some links to some helpful information:
  • What if the backdrops are damaged or dirty?
    Backdrops will start to get marked with ongoing use. We ask that you please do not cut backdrops yourself. If you require a perfectly clean backdrop this can be organised at an additional cost. Please notify us at least 2 days prior to your booking for this to be organised.
  • How do I book a studio?
    Easy! Just click on on this link to take you to our studio booking page. Step 1: Choose your preferred date by clicking in the "Start Date" field. A drop down calendar will appear. Select your preferred date. Step 2: Select the studio you want to book by clicking on the category selector button. This will now show availble booking options for that studio and availability on your chosen date. The Atelier studio can be booked for 2, 4 or 8 hour sessions. The Woodrow can be booked for 4 or 8 hour sessions. Step 3: Choose your preferred available booking option and click on the blue "Book Now" button for that option. Step 4: A booking registration form will open wth your selected booking options at the top. Complete your details and proceed to payment. Once payment is complete your booking is confirmed and you will receive confirmation email with your receipt. You will also recieve an email with you access codes for the building and all of the other information you will need when you're at the studio. See video below.
  • What if the equipment isn't working properly?
    Nothing lasts forever but we do our best to keep all equipment in working order. If you find that something is damaged or isn't working, please notify us right away and we'll do everything we can to help.
  • How long can I use the space for if I book a wedding?
    We offer 3 booking options. 2 hours: This include the use of The Woodrow room, kitchen and bathroom only. 4 hours (half-day): This option includes the use of The Woodrow room for your ceremony and The Atelier studio as a preparation/ dressing room. Kitchen and bathroom access is also included. 8 hours (full-day): This option includes the use of The Woodrow room for your ceremony and The Atelier studio as a preparation/ dressing room. Kitchen and bathroom access is also included. Click on the button below to see our wedding booking options.
  • What is the maximum occupancy of The Woodrow for wedding ceremonies?
    The Woodrow can accommodate up to 25 guests with the majority standing. But we would recommend a limit of 20 guests for the most comfortable experience.
  • How do I book a wedding at Fox & Wildling Studios?
    We have two options for wedding bookings. Full Service Option - Click on this link to see our list of preferred wedding planners that have curated packages or use this link to see our list of preferred suppliers and contact them to discuss your plans. DIY Option - You can reserve the space yourself by clicking on this link. This will reserve the space only , you will be responsible for organising the rest of your day. Check out our preferred suppliers page to help choose your other services required on the day.   • What happens if i need to change or cancel my wedding booking?
    You can simply log on to the portal using the same email that you used to book originally and modify your booking up unitl 24 hours before the actual booking date. No changes can be made within 24 hours of the booking date and at this point your payment becomes non-refundable.
  • Do I need to use a wedding planner?
    No. If you prefer to organise your day yourself then all you need to do is book the studio space by clicking on this link We have half-day or full-day options to suit your plans and your budget. However, you may want to check out our preferred suppliers page for some help with organising the rest of the services you will require on the day.
