Our studios are available for anyone to hire for photography or videography sessions, small events, workshops, training seminars, product launches, film production, and the list goes on...

Our best value option is to book both studio spaces. You'll have the entire East wing of the ground floor all to yourself. This includes a private kitchen space and bathroom.

  • Do I need to use a wedding planner?
    The answer is, No. If you prefer to organise your day yourself then all you need to do is book the Soirée package. This package includes venue hire only and it will be left up to you to book all of the other vendors and suppliers for your big day.
  • What is the maximum occupancy of The Woodrow for wedding ceremonies?
    The Woodrow can accommodate up to 30 guests with the majority standing. But we would recommend a limit of 25 guests for the most comfortable experience.
  • How do I book a wedding ceremony at Fox & Wildling Studios
    Easy! Just take a look at our package options and decide on which one is best for you. Fill out the enquiry form and we'll get back to you ASAP to let you know if your date is available. If it's not, we'll let you know some dates either side of your selected date that would be. If you chose either the Elopment, Dainty or Boutique package then your celebrant and photographer are included. If you wan't to orgainse your own day then choose the Soirée for either 4 or 8 hours and we'll send you a list of our preferred vendors and suppliers to help you get started. The Soirée package only includes the venue hire so the rest is completley up to you.
  • What happens if i need to change or cancel my wedding booking?
    We understand that circumstances can change at a moment's notice. Bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to your booking date. You will get a refund of your total minus your 25% deposit, this will be retained to cover administration costs. Bookings cancelled within 72 hours or less of the booking date will not be able to receive a refund. A partial refund may be offered based based on special unforseen circumstances at our discretion.
  • How long can I use the space for if I book a wedding?
    Each package includes a specified booking time. Elopement - 1 hour + 30 minutes (setup & packdown time) Dainty - 1 hour + 30 minutes (setup & packdown time) Boutique - 1 hour + 60 minutes (setup & packdown time) Soirée - (Venue Hire Only) available for 4 or 8 hours
  • What if the backdrops are damaged or dirty?
    Backdrops will start to get marked with ongoing use. We ask that you please do not cut backdrops yourself. If you require a perfectly clean backdrop this can be organised at an additional cost. Please notify us at least 2 days prior to your booking for this to be organised.
  • What if the equipment isn't working properly?
    Nothing lasts forever but we do our best to keep all equipment in working order. If you find that something is damaged or isn't working, please notify us right away and we'll do everything we can to help.
  • How do I book a studio?
    Easy! Just click on on the link for the Woodrow or the Atelier to take you to our studio booking page. Step 1: Choose your preferred date by clicking in the "Start Date" field. A drop down calendar will appear. Select your preferred date. Step 2: Select the studio you want to book by clicking on the category selector button. This will now show availble booking options for that studio and availability on your chosen date. The Atelier studio can be booked for 2, 4 or 8 hour sessions. The Woodrow can be booked for 4 or 8 hour sessions. Step 3: Choose your preferred available booking option and click on the blue "Book Now" button for that option. Step 4: A booking registration form will open wth your selected booking options at the top. Complete your details and proceed to payment. Once payment is complete your booking is confirmed and you will receive confirmation email with your receipt. You will also recieve an email with you access codes for the building and all of the other information you will need when you're at the studio. See video below.
  • How do I use the lighting equipment and backdrops?
    The Jinbei DM-II 5 studio lighting kit is very simple to setup and use. Check out our Lighting & Backdrops page to find tutorial videos and operating manuals so you can learn how to use the equipment well before your shoot begins. As for the backdrop system, there's really nothing too diffcult with this. But still, check out our Lighting & Backdrops page for details on how to use the wireless remote. All the info you need is on our Equipment page
  • What happens if I need to change or cancel my booking?
    That's ok, we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan. You can simply adjust your booking plans anytime via the booking portal. Bookings can be modified up until 24 hours prior to your booking date. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
